Please speak with the MHS Counseling Department for more information about these and other scholarship opportunities!

Daniels - The Daniels Scholarship Program provides the opportunity for highly motivated students to earn a bachelor’s degree that helps them build a successful career and rewarding life. Daniels Scholars are honest, respectful, self-reliant, and compassionate. They are proud Americans who value our free enterprise system and are prepared to give the world their very best shot. It is a “last dollar” scholarship that pays toward tuition and fees, room and board, books and supplies, and miscellaneous educational expenses. Scholars may attend any nonprofit accredited school in the United States. For more information, visit https://www.danielsfund.org/scholarships.

Boettcher - Since 1952, the Boettcher Foundation has awarded approximately $100 million in undergraduate scholarships to many of Colorado’s best and brightest students. That translates to more than 2,600 current and alumni Boettcher Scholars. Annually, more than 1,500 students apply for the 42 available Boettcher Scholarships.  After receiving this Colorado scholarship, Boettcher Scholars go on to do amazing things. In recent years, Boettcher Scholars were chosen as both Marshall and Rhodes scholars. Our scholars start businesses, publish research, create new technologies and get into the most prestigious graduate schools. Among our army of accomplished alumni, we have the former speaker of the House for the State of Colorado, a Nobel laureate, several nationally renowned doctors and a famous voice actor.  https://boettcherfoundation.org/colorado-scholarships/

National Merit - The National Merit® Scholarship Program is an academic competition for recognition and scholarships that began in 1955. High school students enter the National Merit Program by taking the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT®)—which serves as an initial screen of approximately 1.6 million entrants each year—and by meeting published program entry and participation requirements. https://www.nationalmerit.org
