Lisa Schwartz

Assistant Principal
Staff Department

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to serve as an assistant principal at Mead High School.  I am sad to say I am not a native Coloradan, but I have lived in various parts of this beautiful state for 20 years of my life.  I have my BA from Metro State University, my MA from CU Boulder and my administration license from CSU.  For the past ten years I have served Adams 14 School District as a teacher, instructional coach and assistant principal. I know the skills I developed in Adams 14 will help me better serve the Mead community.  My own education has opened many doors for me over the course of my life, and I intend to provide the same opportunities for the students I serve.  I am blessed to live in SVVSD and am dedicated to our community and its continued achievements.  My husband, Matt Schwartz, is principal of Adams City Middle School and education is always a topic in our household with our four children (Kaily, Riley, Mikayla and William) and Chiweenie named Gracie (Chihuahua/Dachshund rescue from Boulder Valley Humane Society).
